THIS IS HOW I MADE IT
After several years of working in the fitness industry, I've realized that there is a disconnect between the mind and the body, as if they're totally separate. The transformation must not only be physical, but much deeper. It is a spiritual awakening that comes not only through lifestyle changes but also through the power to impact the world around us.

Hi, I'm Nataly and I'm 25 years old.
Since my early childhood, I was always categorised as an "overactive" child. Indeed, channeling myself to find a place adapted to the expectations of a society that wanted me to be calmer and discreet has been a challenge. So, without too much surprise, I turned to sports as an escape and a way to grow. I practiced artistic gymnastics and ballet for many years, but also swimming, judo, pole dance, contemporary dance, circus and more. This eclectic path made me experience a great feeling of loneliness at a very young age, which led me to acquire a heightened sensitivity and a desire to help others in their personal development.
As for my career, I first convinced myself that I had to follow a traditional path. Maybe I would finally find happiness? Spoiler: not at all...
So, I started with a CFC of commercial employee in a Swiss bank where I worked a few years after finishing my apprenticeship until I realized that it was impossible for me to wake up every morning, to go work in an office for 8 hours and miss the essence of my life. So, I vowed to find myself again and I tried and experimented. First I started a dancing journey, then I trained in the fitness industry. In addition to all of this, I decided to start a higher education program at the University of Lausanne in the faculty of social and political sciences, which gave different perspectives of the world and the society we live in. I was finally going to be able to make a living out of my passions! However, the closer I got to my goals, the more I felt like I was moving away from myself, from the person I fundamentally am. Although fitness is a big part of my life, its purely aesthetic vision gradually began to bother me. I needed something deeper. And that's when I started to look at holistic treatments. But what is this meaning of this trendy word we hear everywhere but only remotely understand?
The term "holistic" is derived from the Greek "holos" meaning whole. Holistic therapy therefore, consists of treating the body, the mind and the soul at the same time.
I believe reconnecting with the essential things in life such as nature and time is crucial, because you can't get it back. In other words I think returning to our human roots is the key to self-improvement.
My relatives as well as my customers like to say that I am a ray of sunshine and I bring light to everything I do. This has helped me tame myself and get out of the bad times in life. I hope that this can be the case for you too and that through my holistic approach I'll be able to help you achieve your pursuit of happiness and alignment.
